Our return policy is as follows:

1.)  I want to return the item for no specific reason: 
15% restocking fee not refunded.  No returns accepted after 14 days.  Items must be in brand new and unused condition.  Any markings or scratches will void the return.

2.)  The item is defective and I want to exchange it: 
If we have the item in stock, we will exchange it.  Otherwise we will send it to the manufacturer on your behalf for repairs.  Exchanges must be requested within 2 days after receiving the item.  The item will be sent to the manufacturer if an exchange is not requested within the first 2 days.

3.)  The item is defective and I don't want it anymore and I don't want anything in exchange: 
Full refund less actual shipping costs.  A summary of the defect must be declared prior to shipping the item to us.  If there is no defect; a 15% restocking fee is not refunded.
